Douglas J. Furlong draws on his 30-plus years as a civil litigator and 20-plus years as a mediator and arbitrator to provide practical and efficient dispute resolution.
Mr. Furlong obtained his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University (B.A, 1984, Dean’s List) and his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law (J.D., 1987, Dean’s List). Mr. Furlong has been a member of the Maryland Bar since 1987. He is admitted to practice in the Maryland state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Mr. Furlong is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
